How Do I Place A Custom Order?
Simply add a 'Custom item' to your cart and checkout as normal, but don't forget to add your specifics. It will be difficult (but not impossible) to make your item if I don't know what your fave things are.
You can also contact me via the 'Contact page' or my email 'info@chelise.co.uk', to enquire about or request a custom order.
What Happens After I Have Placed a Custom Order?
Once your Custom Order has been placed I will contact you asap to double check/confirm your requirements. Then I will get to work and start creating your awesome new fashion item. During the creation process I will keep you updated on the progress. I can provide pictures of the progress if required, but most customers opt not to have photos and prefer to have a wonderful surprise at the end, when they receive their item. A bit like getting a birthday present. Exciting!
How Long Does A Custom Order Take To Make?
It is just me, myself and I doing all the making, sadly I do not have a group of Minions to help me. So Custom Orders can vary in making time, it will all depend on what details and elements you want incorporated into your design. For example: placing thousands of tiny diamantes, one by one, is going to take much more time than screwing on some spikes. Also drying times and waiting for new supplies to be delivered can take up time too. But to give you an idea of the time it can take, lets say 2 - 4 weeks.
I Need My Item By A Certain Date?
If you need your item for a specific event/date, please be sure to let me know and place your order 6 - 8 weeks prior your specified date (allow for delivery/shipping time too) in order to give me time to make it and for it to be delivered. I would hate for Cinderella to go to the ball bare foot because her awesome new shoes were not ready in time.
What Is The Chelise OOAK Guarantee?
The Chelise OOAK guarantee ensures that any Chelise made item is a 'One Of A Kind' item and you will never see another, exactly the same, made from Chelise.
I Love Those Boots, Can You Make Me The Exact Same Ones But In My Size?
Very sorry, but due to my 'OOAK Guarantee' I am unable to make the exact same design more than once. BUT... You can still request a custom order and I can use my previous design that you like, as a base of inspiration to create something amazing just for you.
I Want One Of Your Unavailable/Sold Designs.
If you have seen one of my previously sold designs that you want, you can request a custom order. Just Place a custom order or contact me and let me know which of my past designs you wanted. I will then use my previous design as inspiration for a custom item just for you. It will not be an exact copy of my previous design, due to my 'OOAK Guarantee', but I will use my previous design as a base of inspiration for your custom design in order to create something unique for you.
I Can't Find The Size Or Item I want.
If you can't see or find what you are looking for, don't worry, you can still request a custom order. All items can be made to your requirements, so just give me a shout and tell me what you are after and I can create something just for you.
Payment & Shipping
Payments can be made via paypal (either by using your paypal account, or using a credit/debit card). Direct Credit/debit card payments should become available soon.
Shipping within the UK: All pre-made items will be sent within 2 - 3 working days via Royal Mail special or recorded delivery. Custom orders will be sent via Royal Mail special delivery as soon as they are created/finished.
International shipping: All pre-made items will be sent within 2 - 3 working days via either Royal Mail international signed for or courier. Custom orders will be sent as soon as they are created/finished, via Royal Mail international signed for or courier.
Delivery times can vary depending on service and country. Generally delivery times are 1 - 5 days within the UK and 2 - 4 weeks Internationally.
You will be given a tracking number upon order dispatch.
Non Delivery: If you do not receive your item within 15 days (UK) or 30 days (International) please contact me and I shall do what I can to fix the issue.
Returns & Refunds
Pre-made items can be returned for a full refund of the item price. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Custom Orders can not be returned for a refund, due to their personalised specific designs.
In the unlikely event that your pre-made or custom order arrives damaged, please do not worry, you can return it for a repair. Once repaired it will be returned back to you.
In order to return any item (for refund or repair), please notify me in writing at info@chelise.co.uk, within 7 days of receipt of item.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying me of a return or repair.
Pre-made items must be returned unworn/unused in a re-saleable condition, complete with any and all tags and stickers still attached.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and ensuring that the returned item is delivered.
You will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of returned goods, via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
